This page houses a number of web quests that are designed to improve students' knowledge base and strengthen their research skills. 

Educated Optimism - This introductory web quest helps students understand the amazing potential and the complex obstacles that await young people who decide to become difference makers in the global community.

Global Issues of the 21st Century - This lesson introduces a framework to begin thinking about and understanding the most pressing issues facing today's global community.

Refugee Crises - This web quest gives students a chance to explore one of the most pressing global issues facing the world today - the refugee crises.  

Why Poverty? - This web quest allows students to explore the nuances of global poverty and create a digital short about what they learned. 

To Give or Not to Give - There are millions of charities in the world. How do you find the best one?

​Global Conflict - Where and why are all these conflicts happening? 

4 Ways to Make a (Positive) Difference - Everyone can make a global impact. The hard part is making sure that your impact is a positive one. Use these four "pillars" as a starting point to ensure that your helping doesn't actually hurt.
